Life transitions, feeling stuck, starting fresh
Something ended, or something needs to. You're between chapters, and the in-between is uncomfortable, even when the change is one you chose.

What this can look like
- Going through a career change, breakup, move, or a relationship ending
- Knowing something has to change but freezing at every decision
- Feeling behind compared to friends, siblings or your own timeline
- Losing a sense of who you are outside of a role you've left
- Starting over and not knowing where to put your energy first
How we'd work on it
- Getting clear on what you actually want, separate from what's expected
- Grief work for the version of life you're leaving behind
- Breaking big decisions into steps small enough to act on
- Rebuilding identity, routine and confidence in the new chapter
What sessions feel like
We use the stuck feeling as information, then build a plan you can actually follow between sessions.
Everything is virtual, by video or phone, for teens and adults located in Ontario.

A few honest questions
- I chose this change. Why does it still feel so hard?
- Chosen change still involves loss, of routine, identity or the version of life you left behind. Grief and excitement can sit side by side, and both are welcome here.
- How is therapy different from just talking to friends?
- Friends care about you, and they also have opinions about your life. Therapy gives you a space that's fully yours, with structure, tools and no one else's agenda in the room.
- What if I don't know what I want yet?
- That's a completely fine place to start. Getting clear on what you actually want, separate from what's expected of you, is often the first piece of work we do.

- Professional & caregiver burnoutYou're the reliable one. At work, at home, in your family. From the outside it looks like you're managing, inside, you're running on empty and quietly resentful about it.
- Trauma-informed, culturally responsive careTrauma shapes how safe the world feels in your body. You don't have to retell everything to be believed here, and you don't have to explain your culture before you can be understood.
- Anxiety & overthinking, when your mind won't switch offYour mind is always three steps ahead, replaying conversations, bracing for what could go wrong. It's exhausting, and it's not a personality flaw.
- Relationships & communication, feeling heard and connectedThe same argument keeps coming back. Or you swallow what you need to say to keep the peace. Either way, you're tired of feeling unheard.
